We Are the Pro's in repairing Technics turntables. We specialize in Technics SL-1200 and SL-1210 DJ Turntables and are industry recognized for our knowledge of these units..
In fact, we are the only repair center in the region that employs AUTHORIZED Technics technician at our New York Store located at 259 Bowery, New York, NY 10002 (click here to view map). You may ship your turntable to us or drop it off. We also offer pickup/delivery service and on-site repairs in the NY Metro area.
In less than a week* your Technics Turntables will be running at its original specifications -- or even better! We also provide specialized customizations ("tweaks") tailored to your particular needs.
While we specialize in repairing Technics SL-1200/1210 models and are an authorized service center for Technics/Panasonic products, we are also authorized to repair and service most other makes of DJ Equipment. (Please refer to the list at the bottom of the page for other products and manufacturers we service).

Shipping Directions / Repair Procedure: (for Technics Sl-1200/10 series ONLY)
We recommend using UPS or Federal Express when sending items in for repair. Use a strong, new carton with at least 6" of space between any edge of the carton and the product you are sending . Many areas have packaging stores such as The UPS store, Staples, etc... These places usually do a very good job of packing and are the best way to send repair items. If you pack and ship yourself look over this list:
Wrap the unit with bubble wrap (at least 3") to prevent small particles of loose material from getting into the unit and to protect from shock.
Be sure the unit is secure in the box and it does not slide around inside the carton.
Double box the unit
Make sure you insure your package.
Clearly Mark the box "Attention: TDG Service Department"
Supply us with description of the problem you are having with the unit and daytime telephone number and email address (if available). No advance payment is required. We will contact you once your free estimate has been prepared and request an authorization from you for the repair charge prior to charging your credit card. Please include a return address, preferably one where someone will be home during the day or your place of employment.
All repairs are returned free of charge! Please note that we carefully pack and insure all outgoing repairs. The customer and customer's shipping agent is fully responsible for any damage that happens to items in transit.
Our Services include a 6 Month Warranty on all parts and labor performed.
